How to Setup dual authentication while customer login to portal

For the customers while logging in need two-step verification. I am using LDAP and looking to setup dual authentication on my Jira Service desk, what are the steps to setup? any another Plug-in required to enable it?

Hi Nani,

As of today, Jira Server does not natively support two factor authentication.  However I did find at least one marketplace plugin that appears to support this for Jira Service Desk

• Two Factor Authenticator for Jira

It's possible there are other solutions in Marketplace as well.  Whichever solution you go with will likely have it's own specific set of steps to follow in order to configure this within Jira.
