How to Migrate JIRA server with an expired license from Windows to Linux?

I tried but it throws an error "This Licence has expired" 

Jira software version: 7.10.0

As far as I know, only evaluation licences expires. Ensure 7.10.0 was released before your Jira server support period expired, and copy License key from my.atlassian.com.
