Hi all,
I need to display which automation rules were triggered while working on issues in a specific Jira Cloud project.
For example, when I transition an issue from Draft to In Approval, I want to see exactly which automation rules were executed for that action.
Note: I can view recent rule runs in the Automation section, but it shows multiple rules. I need a way to identify which specific rule was triggered for a particular action performed on the issue.
I am providing reference screenshots below.
Hello @Naresh Sampath
Welcome to the community..!
Issue key filter is now available in the automation audit log
We've added a new filter to the audit log in Jira automation.
This feature allows you to filter the audit log by issue key, making it easier to find the rule you want and its related issues.
Please note that this filter is only available for those using a global scope.
To get started with this change:
1. Navigate to automation in Jira.
2. Open the audit log.
3. Select the Issue key filter.
4. In the search bar, enter the issue key of the issue you're looking for.
5. Select the issue you're looking for. Any rules related to this issue will be highlighted in the audit log.
6. Once you are done, select Reset filters and this filter will be deselected.
Hope this helps.

Thanks for the reply!!
I'm Currently Using project-level(individual) rules, not global automation. My requirement is slightly different:
Whenever an Acton is performed on an issue (for example, transitioning from Draft to In Approval), multiple automation rule was triggered for that Specific activity in the issue.
Since this new "Issue Key filter" works only for global Scope, how can I achieve something similar for project-level automation?
Is there any way to track or show within the issue or workflow which automation rule ran due to a Particular action?
Regards, Naresh
