Is there a report or area where I can see how many hours were logged by each of my developer? I need to preform an ethics audit.
Hello @Ryan Kavalauskas
Welcome to the community.
JIRA Cloud does not include time reporting out of the box.
If you need to get this information repeatedly you might want to look into adding an app for that. There are many such apps available. We happen to use Worklogs - time tracking and reports . It is fairly simple and inexpensive.
Alternately, you might be able to use the REST API to extract of the data.
I'm not sure what specific tools or software you're using, but many project management platforms have reports that show the hours logged by each team member. You might want to check the reporting section of your platform or reach out to their support team for more information. In terms of ethics audits, it's always a good idea to make sure you're treating your employees fairly and compensating them for their work appropriately. This is especially important in developer jobs where skills and expertise are highly valued.

As Trudy said this is not delivered out of the box but there a number of apps that you could use to get the information. You can find a list of them here https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?hosting=cloud&product=jira&query=timesheets
