I want to be able to hide some filters but not others. Of course there is the option to "show less" but I want to be able to pick and choose what filters are visible without having to delete filters and then be able to make those hidden filters visible later.

Hi @Joshua Bratz

your filters should be private unless you share them with other users.

see sharing section of

https://confluence.atlassian.com/jiracoreserver073/saving-your-search-as-a-filter-861257224.html?_ga=2.123524616.2036015184.1545298843-107636883.1537997411#Savingyoursearchasafilter-sharing_filtersSharingafilter

if you mean which of your own filters are visible to you, there doesn’t seem to be much appetite for an ordering feature, see

https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-45750

Have you tried marking your top used filters as favourites?

I understand your recommendations, although useful, they don't really address the need of being able to hide filters from view without having to delete them.
