How to Forcibly Ignore Tickets in JIRA

Hi,

Coworkers keep adding me to JIRA tickets I don't care about and then I get spammed on all threads on that ticket. How can I forcibly ignore a ticket or block other users from adding me as a watcher to that ticket?

You can't.  All your options are global really. As an admin, I'd tell them "you're abusing watchers" and remove the right to do it from their permission schemes (they'll still be able to add themselves as watchers, just not other people)
