How to Custom workflow to model requirements gathering and report generation

Hello,

New to JIRA and have a few questions was wondering if people here have some guidance.

We have a business process to perform large IT migration projects. As part of that journey, we're trying to standardize our onboarding/discovery/assessment portion.

• Every onboarding starts with a questionnaire (I'm looking into building these questions into JIRA issue)
• Every client gets a powerpoint slide deck with a mix of reusable content pieces and novel content pieces 
• Every client has an assessment process
• Every client gets an assessment report
• There are several emails that must be sent to schedule workshops
• Get approval of report from project manager
• Send report to client

What I'd like to have happen is that when a new "assessment" issue begins, it creates a confluence space by copying a boilerplate space.

Based on the answers to the questionnaire, we'd like to copy a subset of confluence pages to the new space.

We'd also like to copy in a powerpoint base template into the new space

Finally, send email with links to the new space to the issue creator.

Any advice is greatly appreciated!
