How to Copy Sandbox from production

Hi all, I need to create a copy of the production enveriorment in order to test some global automation. 

What about the plugins? I have email this issue and I need to know if also the information about the emails are copied and, even more important, if the emails are enabled also in sandbox.

When I need to create a copy of the production enveriorment in server I used to disable incoming emails, is there a way to do the same creating the copy disabling the email in order to not have the polling on the emails that create real issues.

Hi @Chiara Squilloni 

In the article it is stated that app data will not be copied.

• Third-party apps and app data

You will need to disable email in the sandbox, after the copy.
