Need guidance on below Scenario ::
There are many tickets where Person A works and then assign it to Person B and Person B assign it to Person C and Person C assign it back to Person A and so on so forth. If person B or Person C finally closes the ticket or change status to "DONE" then Is there any way where I can check which all users worked on any particular ticket ?
Where I can check the complete history user-wise worked on particular ticket and time invested ?
Concern : How the contribution of any employee to be recognized on paper (who worked on various stages at initial level as well) at the time of appraisal ?
Is there any report which can resolve my above issue fully ?
