How open active sprint board and board in scrum + kanban project to user

Hi guys! How open board to an administrator. He have permission to all but he can't see boards of certain  projects

Hi @Bohdan 

If I understand correctly, you want to allow other users to be able to see this board.  However even if you add a user as an administrator of the board, they do not necessarily have everything they need to see that board.

This is because these boards are controlled by the saved filter configured within them.  If that filter is private, or not shared with that user, then the user cannot see the board itself.

First go into the board settings, on the board itself you can do this by going to the ... menu and choose Board settings and then go the General setting.  Here you can see the Saved filter name.  You can also click the link to "Edit Filter Shares".  You will need to share this filter with any users or groups that you want to allow to see this board.

yes I did this,  but after choosing the permission for my  group  I didn't push button 'Add' and it was the main mistake
