How much can I customise JIRA Cloud?

We've been hosting our own instance of JIRA and are looking to move it. I wanted to ask if we were to go with the JIRA Cloud option, how much customisation does this allow? At the moment we use a lot of custom fields and also pull in reports from Adobe Target and Business Objects into certain tickets. Is this possible on Cloud?

Custom fields - all the standard ones will work the way you expect, and there are some addons which provide more that are also available

Pulling information into Cloud depends on "how".  If you're simply using html to display stuff from other systems, then you can probably do it, but if you've got custom code doing it, then you're probably going to be stuck.
