How to login with the user who was working in the organization, left recently from the organization and his/her mail Id still active. please help me in this case.
You can't login with another person's account, unless you know their credentials. If you are on a paid plan (premium) then open a support request at support.atlassian.com/contact and they'll be able to help you.
