How i can customize "Close Issue" form

hi, when do issue close which is resolved - there is form where I can select just Assignee and leave comment. I need have ability to select Fix Version there too, maybe someone have solution for this?

Hello,

You need to add the fields you want to the screen that is used by that workflow transition. See below screenshot:

Here my "Done" transition uses a screen named HOP: Project Management Resolve Issue Screen. If I want to see Fix Version, I need to add it to this screen on the Screens page:
