How does "Team Managed Business" deal with completed issues?

I am studying to apply jira to a company of 15 people.
I think there are three issues. To Do -> In Progress -> Done

Are the issues in completion automatically deleted over time?
If it doesn't get deleted, as time goes by, 10, 100, 1000.. I think it will be inconvenient to look at the screen as it increases to n.

Does the administrator have to delete the completed issue every time? Or I was wondering if there is a function to hide for a certain period of time (e.g. every Monday) so that it can't be seen on the screen.

Hi @윤준성 , welcome to the community.

Done issues will be aged off of the board after 14 days. The issue still exist, but they are not displayed on the board.
