I have a "RapidBoard" (what it says in the URL) and in the board settings it shows the "Filter Query" is "project in (BINARY, ROSE, MATRIX) AND assignee in (currentUser()) ORDER BY Rank ASC". I'd like to change it to "project in (BINARY, ROSE, MATRIX) AND (assignee in (currentUser()) OR creator in (currentUser())) ORDER BY Rank ASC". So I click the "Edit Filter Query" link a few lines above. That takes me to a page showing the issues that match the query. I click the "Advanced" like at the end of the filter and edit the query string. There's a green check at the left and the query seems to work. However, at this point the "Save" button is grayed out and the pulldown menu to the right of it says only "Discard changes".
How can I save (or alternatively "save-as") my changes to this query?
Hello,
You should be the owner of the filter to modify it.
I am the owner of the filter (and the board). In fact, I can make changes to the filter and save them if I only change the basic query. On the other hand, if I click the "Advanced" link and change the filter query string even in a minor way (like adding a space) the "Save" button immediately appears (if it wasn't there already from editing the basic query) and becomes deactivated. Even if I go back to the "Basic" query after modifying the advanced query in any way, the "Save" button is still now deactivated.
