In "Next Gen Projects" on Jira, a new item has been added to the side-bar: "Tests". I've got no use for it and I want to remove it, but unlike every other aspect of the project side bar, this one isn't configurable. It's a mandatory piece of clutter, from the looks of things.
Anyone know how to get rid of it?
Here's a screenshot :
One of your admins has added Test Management for Jira to your system as an app. Apps can't be selective by project in Cloud Jira, they exist for all, irrespective of usage.
The only way to get rid of it is to remove the app completely. You'll need your admins to do that.
Argh, what a pain! Either way, thank you for the quick and definitive answer.
Hopefully this will be configurable project-to-project in the future.

The structure and interface Cloud Jira exposes to apps like the test management tool do not allow it to code for project-specifity from what I can see. It's either there, or not.
