How do you "undo" an accidental delete of a parent OKR?

What do you mean with an OKR? is it a Jira issue? Is it a Confluence page? Is it something else?

If it's a Jira issue - accidental or not - a delete operation is quite permanent. So the most likely solution would be to re-create the deleted OKR.
If it's a Confluence page, it can be restored from trash (space tools > content tools > trash > restore).
