How do you organize game update tasks in Jira without creating too many duplicate issues?

Hi everyone,

I'm managing a small website that publishes updates for mobile games, and I'm trying to improve our editorial workflow in Jira.

Each game update goes through research, writing, image optimization, SEO review, and publishing. Sometimes multiple team members accidentally create duplicate tasks for the same update.

What is the best way to organize this in Jira?

• Do you use Epics for each game and Stories for every update?
• Are there any automation rules to detect or prevent duplicate issues?
• Which workflow has worked best for content publishing teams?
