I manage a visual-heavy website — thedaveshotchickenmenu com  — where each page includes unique menu designs, food images, and layout sections that change frequently.

Right now, we’re updating each section manually, which takes a lot of time and increases the risk of visual inconsistencies. I’m exploring whether tools like Confluence templates, Jira automation, or asset management plugins could streamline this process.

So I’d love your input:

  • What’s the best way to manage and track visual content updates across multiple pages or products?

  • Has anyone used Confluence or Jira creatively for design/version control?

  • Any recommended workflows or automation setups?

Thanks in advance — really appreciate the insights from this community!
