How do you import microsoft project plans into Jira?

I am new to Jira. I have been looking through documentation on how to import my project plans into Jira so that I don't have to redo them all.

Ceptah Brigde allows you to integrate MS Project with Jira.

You'd have to export it to a csv file to import it unless there is a plugin available.
