Our team has been using the latest Jira UI and quite liking the update. However, we are frustrated by the inability to hide archived projects. Is there a step we are missing here?
Thanks!
the easiest way to achieve this is to create a new permission scheme (which you could name 'Archived projects' :-) ) where the only permission set is 'Browse projects''. You should only grant this permission to the administrators. This way, no one (besides administrators) will see the archived projects.
You can then go to each archived project and associate this scheme with the project.
Hi Sebastien, thank you for your reply!
We have this in place already, and it works with the older Jira interface but not the latest. Is there an update that needs to be put in place?
Best,
Gabe
