How do you create a team-managed project from the mobile app

When we create a project using the mobile app on iphone, it does not give a choice for company-managed or team-managed project.  Is there a way to create a team-managed project from the iphone mobile app?

@Kirsti Griffith I believe if you select scrum or kanban project templates that they will be team managed projects.  I believe that the other templates are company managed.

Those are not options when i go to select a project type on mobile. Only options are Project Management, Task Tracking, and Process Control (note, we are using Jira Work Management), all of which automatically create a Company-Managed project.  And there is no point in the project setup process to select team-managed.
