Looking to move from the usual 2 week Sprint Board to using a Kanban style board, wondering whether an ordinary user can set one up or needs a Super User?

First of all, you need to have the Create Shared Objects global permission.
Next, you'll either need to be a Jira Admin, Project Admin or Board Admin.
