How do you add a Team tab along with Projects, Dashboard, etc.

We need to add in a general option for Teams under the Dashboard and Projects tabs.

Just like when you click on projects all the available projects come up, we need the same option for Teams, is this possible to do?

JIra does not have this functionality built in. You would need to look at Portfolio for Jira, or an add-on such as Project Teams.
