How do you access JIRA User Server via the GUI (not search) on JIRA 5.2.8?

Nic, thanks for your response. I am an Admin (pardon if I have posted this question in a general user forum) but when I navigate to Admin > Users, I land on the add/search for User profiles window. I was looking for the console that allowed me to configure integrations with other apps. I thought that I was unable to find it earlier. I used 'g+g' and searched for it. But lo and behold, when I went back in to verify, it's there in the drop down. So to answer my own question, it's "be an admin and click Admin -> JIRA User Server".

I'm not sure that makes a lot of sense as a question, because the only answer here really is "be an admin and click Admin -> Users", which feels too simple an answer. I suspect you might want to explain your question in more detail?
