How do we remove an external partner from our billing so we can go back to managing our own license?

When we go to billing we only see the following, we want to remove the external partner and go back to managing our own licenses and subscriptions.  Can anyone tell me how?   ThanksCapture.JPG

You should be able to update the billing of your site by logging in to my.atlassian.com using your email address as the login ID.
