We would like to make backup's of the data we have on your online server. We have to do this due to the rules in our quality system.

For Medical projects we must be able to keep backups of the data in JIRA that are stored in our facility. We have to think about how to solve this, I will contact OnDemand support.

For OnDemand, we keep daily, full, offsite backups. The format that OnDemand data is stored in /backed up as is not compatible with local versions of the applications without a lot of modification on our side. Due to this, this policy is in place:

You'll need to talk to OnDemand support about getting a regular copy of the backups or an xml export.
