How do I message a group at once, like @Customer Service? So I do not have to @ everybody one at a time?
Hi Colleen - You can create a Team and place all of the users in the Team. Then you can @ the Team name.

Unfortunately, it did not. Unless there is team outside of groups, I cannot @ a group and send a message.
True - the Team is outside of groups and you cannot @groups but you can @Team
