I am on a standard JIRA plan (within the free trial though we have updated with payment info. I have multiple projects set up for multiple clients and want to give each client accessonly to their specific project/board.
I have spent time on the Atlassian documentation and tried various things but none seem to work - please help!
You need to give to your user access to the specific projet by giving the browse permission project. A board is based on a filter, so you need to share your filter with the client so they will be able to see all issues in the board, if the board is based on multiple project issue, then you need to give access to these projects.
