How do i create a sprint burndown based on number of issues resolved in a sprint

Chris Dixon July 20, 2018

Hey,

Everytime i go onto Sprint burndown in reports to have a look at sprint performance, it defaults to number of story points completed over the sprint.

I'm instead wanting the report to display how many unresolved issues have been resolved over the course of the sprint looking at those extra issues and ultimately ending up with a count at the end showing how many issues are still left to complete.

I can't seem to find any settings to change this? Is anyone able to help

Hi @Chris Dixon,

you have to change the estimation in your board settings:

Board -> Configuration -> Estimation:

Hi @Chris Dixon,

To confirm, are you using server or cloud?

You should be able to alter the Sprint Burndown Report to Issue Count, see the image below.

burndown chart.pngDo you have the option to change the metric in the top-left corner of the graph?

Thanks

Hey i've changed to issue count but doesn't this just count the number of issues in the sprint and not burndown the number of issues that are becoming resolved?

Using Server :)

Thanks for helping
