Hi. I am the site administrator of my JIRA instance. A user in my organization is not able to update his email address. It says "the account is managed. Contact your administrator". As JIRA doesn't allow the site admin to update the emails for the other employees, i cannot come up with a solution to this problem. Can anyone please guide me here?

if the account is managed via LDAP then you will need to contact the domain owners to fix the details at their end.
