Hi, I am trying to add a new column called "Review" between "In Progress" and "Ready for testing". I tried in settings and it says to assign a status but I don't see an option to add a new status. I even tried checking the "Manage Workflow" tab but no luck. Please help!

With what type of project are you working? You can get that information from the Type column on the View All Projects page under the Projects menu.
Can you show us the screen in Settings that you are viewing where you are trying to add a new status?

To add a status to a workflow in a Team Managed project you need to:
1. Go to Project Settings
2. Select Issue Types
3. Select a specific issue type from the list
4. Click the Edit Workflow button.
5. Click one of the Add Status buttons at the top of the screen.
