Hello @Javier Casas welcome to the community. The answer for that question may change from one app to another. You might need to extra configuration once installed, or create a custom field for this functionality or it might be already visible within a Jira ticket. I suggest you go to the Atlassian marketplace and look for it there, you should be able to find a link in it to the app documentation and hopefully find your answer there
