We have access to Release/Version functions with my scrum project that is transitioning from an MVP install, to ongoing support and minor enhancement fixes. We would like to line up tickets that have completed QA testing, to slot them into "every" Thursday support releases. How can we maximize Jira features to manage this process?
If you are using classic projects to manage your projects, I would use a new Board with filters and columns related to the process you want to manage.
Its like a subset of your existing workflow.
I.e: my team has two boards
1) a kanban board showing the product backlog only, which means issues that in status before the "ready" one
2) scrum board which shows the status ready as backlog for sprint planning. The columns in the board them show only ready status to done status.
