How do I turn off auto attachment upload for comments?

As title.

How do I turn off auto attachment upload for comments if I cancel it at the end?

For example, I paste an image it the comment box, it will upload the image automatically.

Is there any option to turn it off?

I checked and verified that this feature was brought to discussion before in the following link:

• JRASERVER-59313: Image attached to a comment will stick to the issue even if comment was never saved

Since the suggestion was already closed as Won't Fix according to the comment from Gosia of the JIRA Product Management team, I would recommend you to manually delete the attachment to completely remove it from the ticket. 

Meanwhile, may I understand the use case as to why you would like to disable this feature completely? Thanks.
