How do I successfully login and record my video?

Dear Community,
I'm in a fix, I'm currently applying for a job that requires I record a short video using Loom and I have logged in but to go forward from my username, it keeps telling me, "Something happened, try again later".

I have changed password, cleared browser cache, changed username, still same thing and this is a requirement for the job offer.

How do I solve this problem? I really need help

Have you also tried with incognito mode as well?
