Okay, I've searched forums but I still can't figure this one out. I'm a PM, so I'm constantly making changes to projects. What kills me is having to go and clear EVERY SINGLE notification that pops up on the bottom of my screen before I can click on what's below the notifications. I have found where to turn off email notifications (or to group them into a digest), but I can't figure out how to disable these silly little pop-ups without totally turning off notifications altogether. I want to see them, but on my own terms, in a notification drop down. You know...like every single other app in the world?
Please help. I've tried nothing and I'm all out of ideas.

This not being fixed is proof Atlassian doesn't use there own product. Or they think those of us that use the software are dummer than a boxs of rocks.

Short answer: there is nothing built-in to do this.
There are many suggestions to allow configuring / disabling these pop-ups, some more than a decade old. Please review this sampling to watch / vote for any to see progress:
Kind regards,

Thanks (I guess). It's amazing that they haven't fixed such a glaring UI issue in over ten years. It's seriously weighing on my decision to use Jira or another platform. I hate them that much.
