How do I stop Jira from automatically deleting items on the 'Done' category.

Hi, so every time we finish a task, we mark it 'done' but a few days later it is automatically deleted.  from that category.

How do we configure the settings to stop this?

What type of project are you working with? Is it a Software, Service, or Work Management project? Also is it Team Managed or Company Managed?

What do you mean by it is deleted from the "category"? 

One feature of Jira is that with Kanban boards issues in the right-most column are automatically hidden from view after a certain period of time. The issues still exist, they just are not shown on the board.

Is that what you are experiencing?

I see what you mean, I thought they completely delete them.

I have checked and found the archived issues.
