I have been given the following link by my boss:
When I launch this in my Edge Browser, I am getting the following error message:
"Something went wrong on our end" with an error message of Hash 193X3MO below the above message in quotes.
This error message is prohibiting me in doing my work, out contact for McDonald's Jira Support is no longer with our company.
In addition when I refresh, I get the following error message:
Please help!

This looks like you dont have product access to jira, Please ask your admin to give you product acecss by following this : https://support.atlassian.com/user-management/docs/give-users-access-to-products/
Incase you facing any issues you can reach out to support here : https://support.atlassian.com/contact/
They can further check whats wrong with account or any issues with the site

From the image it shows that you havent been assigned to any app license.
Probably the IT team have created your user on Atlassian side but didnt give you any app access such as Jira / Confluence.
You need to contact them and ask them to give you the same access as someone else in your team - that will help them understand what you want.
