How do I set non-working days for a specific user?

I need to set non-working days in a per-user basis, basically to manage vacations and day offs.

I see that in https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/configure-working-days/ I can configure non-working days for the entire team. But how do I set up a non-working day for a specific user?

My hope is then to be able to get a plugin like worklogs working with it.

When it comes to working and non-working days, currently it’s possible to configure it per board and it’s applied to all users.

There are some feature requests suggesting improvements for that:
