How do I set access for a user to only one project?

Deleted user February 26, 2019

Hi,

I read this guide: https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloud/manage-site-and-product-access-744721623.html

But is does not explain how i can setup access to one single project for one user.

Our use case is simple, we want to test with customers and give them access to only one test board. But e can seem to only give them access to all boards. Also other client board, which is not good. Hope you can help us with this.

Hello Thomas,

To know how JIRA project permissions work, I recommend you to read the following documentation:

Managing project permissions

To restrict the user to access only a single project, you would need to configure the permission Browse projects in the project settings > Permissions in a way that the user is not able to access it in any projects but the one you want.

Please, check the documentation above and let me know if you have any specific questions.
