How do I see unassigned tickets that got the status ''open'' for a few customers

Hi,

I created a filter for some specific customers, I see all the statuses if they are assigned to a specific team which are in this filter. But I also want to see the tickets which are created by those customers, with assignee unassigned.  How?

Hi @Patrick Smand ,

You could try something like

status=open and reporter=customername and assignee is empty
