How do I see closed and resolved tickets in JSD?

I need to see all tickets regardless of stage in my dashboard. I am amazed that this is not in JSD documentation, but how to I see everything and simply sort by stage instead of having resolved and closed 'disappear'?

various ways:

  • create a dashboard and use the Jira Filter gadget or other gadgets. then you can click on the specific gadget to drill into the list view, e.g. "all closed", "recently closed", etc.
  • if you have JSW too you can create a Kanban board and view there. (not ideal for closed issues.
  • create unique filters and save them.
  • change your current JSD queues to include done/closed. not ideal IMO as the queues will become unwieldy
  • create a new queue for closed issues.
