Following the instructions from this KB article, I am able to re-order the epics, but it does not save the updated order. As soon as I go to the Kanban board, the epics are reset to the default order.
It appears that the default order for the epics is newest to oldest. Is there a setting somewhere that is controlling this sort order and overriding the manual order I set?
Maybe what you can do is to create a Kanban Board that list all your Epics, order by Rank then reorder them as you wish, it should then keep the same order in any other boards that use Order By Rank.
