How do I reset a member's password?
Hi Lori - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
You must be a site administrator, but then go to Settings > User Management > Users
Search for the user and select him/her
Then click on the 3 dots menu to the upper right beside Log in as user.
Then click on Prompt reset password.
That will send and email to the user to reset their password. You cannot do it directly.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
