I have a vender Lereta that cannot send emails to one of my email addresses. The issue started after the address was mistakenly remove from our anti-spam service. The message form jira@mail-us.atlassian.net could not be sent to [Removed by moderators] because it received an NDR of Address Registration. After the initial NDR we do not see any messages from jira@mail-us.atlassian.net sent to [Removed by moderators]. Other messages from jira@mail-us.atlassian.net to other [Removed by moderators] address get delivired.

Checking the email address on our tools, there are no blocks or bounces on our side where we can remove them.
The bounce I could find is related to the error below:
554 5.7.1 [internal] recipient address was suppressed due to customer policy
In this case, it will be necessary to work with your IT team to verify why the notifications are being rejected.
Also, please, ask them to whitelist our domains and IPs:
