How do I report on Projects and screens?

Over the years we created a number of Screens when new project are created.  About 3 years ago we standardized on Issue Types, Screens, and workflows.

Is the a report I can run to show me across the system which Issue Types, Screens, and workflows are used?  Sorted by Project?

At a minimum, I would to see a list of Projects and the screens associated with them.
