How do I report a problem with a webpage on the Atlassian site?

I main page for the JIRA 6.1 User guide is down on the Atlassian website. (URL below)

The page broke sometime on Tuesday 4/26/18. It says now says

I am able to access saved links to the subpages but not the main page. I really need this fixed as my company is still using JIRA 6.1.3.

I was just able to access the page right after viewing this. The main page does load after a few moments.
