We have a growing number of Inactive Jira Users, that are Archived, but are still showing capacity in the Big Picture Resource Utilisation area. Is it possible to remove this capacity somehow? Can we delete these Users?
Yes, 'unarchive' the User, and they will disappear! :)
Well, Karl, that exactly is the problem I'd say
But how can we get past this?

Well I guess, if I'm understanding the above correctly, you may need to make the User in question 'Active' again, then 'Unarchive' in BP and then make the User 'Inactive' once again!?

@Karl Samson That is exactly our workaround at the moment.
Not nice but working.
But maybe the bigpicture makers jump in one day and solve it without this crutch.
