How do I realize whether ROVO or AI-Features are available within my JIRA-Installation ?

I see the AI-Prompt. I can send an request, but i get feedback that an issue accures without any hint why it is not working. How do I realize the reason or realize what to do ?

Hi Ulf,

It could be for a couple of different reasons actually:

1. You need ot be on a Premium or Enterprise plan
2. Your admin hasn't enabled Rovo in the admin settings for AI.
